• I booked 2 family rooms for a girls weekend away. Neither rooms had toilet roll or soap. One room had black/grey stains across the bedding that looked like mould. Both rooms carpets were so dirty our feet went black. One room had a needle on the floor that I trod on and no bedding. It wasn't until 4:30am that they finally brought bedding up!! It's been 3 weeks and I am still trying to fight for a full refund of the rooms! I appreciate it's attached to a night club but the outside noise is horrendous! And we had drunk people banging on our door and running up and down the corridors until after 7am. The staff were completely unhelpful and nothing was dealt with. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Might be cheap but it is still not worth the money!! I would have rather have spent the night on a bench in the high street!!
