• My mum who is a pensioner placed an order with TUJON on 26th March 2013 with Sales Manager MR COLIN DEAR, she paid him a £445 deposit and was told the order would take 2-6 weeks. Mum phoned the shop on numerous occasions to ask when her order would be installed only to be told that somebody would call her back but nobody did! The Surveyor came mid May and she thought the arrival of the door was imminent. On 18th July 2013 she called again only to be told this time that TUJON was taken over in APRIL 2013 and is now TUJON Essex Ltd and nothing to do with TUJON and they will not fulfil the order so the deposit of £445 is lost and good luck trying to get it back! She asked who the new Managing Director is and was told MR COLIN DEAR at the same address, same telephone number and same website. Mum received a call a couple of hours later from "John" who said her order had been overlooked and said the order would be delivered within 2 weeks. Eight weeks on from that call and still nothing!
