  • 1 star reviewThis company steals from the elderly and vulnerable. Still has my mothers £820 in his pocket after shoddily fitting substandard blinds. Forced to leave a 1* rating inorder to submit a comment.

  • 1 star reviewUK Blinds Direct Ltd in Rectory Road Little Burstead Billericay Essex CM12 9TR...Might trade under other names but take note of the address. Avoid at all costs...Targets elderly/vulnerable people within London & Essex areas: sells and fits shoddy blinds that will wilt and become gappy within 2 weeks of being fitted. Offers a meaningless verbal 12 month guarantee which he will fail to honour, if the need arises. Coerces money out of good decent people by withholding essential information and when it is discovered, and he is approached for a refund refuses to respond. Didn't have any facilities for online reviews at the time of initial contact (red flag!!!)...To avoid being duped...try the other blind companies in Billericay who are reputable. Avoid this company at all cost. Bettter off donating any spare funds you want to give away to a registered charity then somebody who has no morals or principles #avoid at all costs
