• My daughter of 16 sent a lovely birthday card with a gift card inside to our friends daughter who was turning 18. The card was sent parcel post on Wednesday 4th December, it's still not arrived Sunday 15th December. Looks like it may have been stolen! The woman who served my very polite daughter was snotty and unpleasant to her. What a shame the post office doesn't seem to pride itself in good service anymore. They all seem to be staffed with vile women who are dissapointed with their lives and just down right nasty. I hate using any post office, the experience is always hideous. I will be investigating first thing tomorrow.
