• I first found this pub whilst house hunting, it felt safe for a female on her own. The food is first quality, the garden a delight during the summer, and equally tea rooms and the pub a lovely environment. I introduced my elderly parents to the place and they love it! The prices are excellent value and we visit regularly. The landlord ( without saying) ordered our favourite wine. I would recommend it to anyone. Best pub/tea room in Devon by far.

• Brilliant atmosphere, very warm and friendly family owned pub. Everyone who drinks in The Vine are friendly and talkative. Had many great evenings at The Vine.
