• DO NOT USE VW LEICESTER. The worst customer service and aftercare I have ever experienced. We purchased a used car with a years MOT and full service history. On returning home we find the same car being advertised online for £500 less then we were charged. On collection no paperwork can be located. After losing count of the amount of phone calls and lies from the branch they admit they have lost all the paperwork bar 1 service certificate. The attitude of Richard Gosling the "salesman" and Steve the Manager is awful. We were treated like a burden and given the impression they did not care & that is not what you expect from a main dealer. No apology has ever been given. The salesman clearly has no idea what he is doing and needs training in every aspect of his job. If you are looking for a new car the service is no better. During our 2 hour wait to collect the car two of their sales people where laughing whilst reading a text out from another salesman, explaining how awful his customers are that he was out on a test drive with. The sniggering even continued once the customers had returned to the showroom. I will never be buying from VW again. I wish I had read google reviews before going anywhere near the branch as you are hard pushed to find anything positive. STAY AWAY

• Absolutely cr*p. 3 contacts to date - 1.Bought new car, ordered plain black, got pearlescent & had to pay extra. 2. Car rolled away (nobody in it/handbrake on). Damaged. Handbrake issue according to posts on web - VW agency refused to acknowledge, had car in & didn't even simulate warm discs - when calipers expand releasing the disc pads. No offer from them at all 3) Screen crack which they advised as impact damage. No visible impact. No discussion or arbitration (as in 2 above) - What they say goes! Guarantee is as much use as a chocoilate tea pot Impersonal service Bombastic approach to issues Totally unwilling to meet customer needs WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!!!
