• I called them about broken mirror in ford Fiesta and lady on phone said that there is no appointment needed. Came there in afternoon and been told that next available appointment for repairing is more than week time. Once I arrived for appointment they said it will be done in 2 hours. I end up sitting in service reception for more than 3hours! That was not the first time but definitely last one.

• Took my Renault into vospers Plymouth today for an interim service and change of light bulbs and opted for the while you wait service.... 3 1/2 hours later after the staff deliberately ignoring me, they finally finish my car. But didn't do light bulbs. And shortchanged me! No apologises! So very upset by how I've been treated! Whilst there a gentleman came in that had brought a car yesterday, he said he paid 14k for the car- ford focus- to have a engine fire! He walked to vospers. They told him to go through his insurance! No apologises and offered him no help. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs!

• My Renault broke down at Exeter Services on Sunday afternoon (clutch problem) and was taken to Vospers . I called them on Monday morning to explain the problem and took the key in that morning. As of now Wednesday evening they apparently haven't even looked at it yet! Am not a happy bunny !

• I went into ~Vospers enquiring about the new fiesta, I was not offered a test drive, or to look inside the car, the first question was " how much deposit do you have" - and when I why it had many awards I was told because it is a good car!! the salesman clearly had no knowledge of the vehicle as when I asked him again about the model he just read the brochure to me - not good

• I had my motorhome serviced at vally road only to fined that my oil filter had not been changed and most probebly the oil as well. would never go back

• Green flag had to take our motorhome into Vospers when the key code failed to work. I told them before they started any work to check with my insurance company, leaving them all my documents' but six weeks later( after ringing at least twice a week )we eventualy got it back. On getting home I rang my insurance company to be told Vospers had not been in touch and therfore my claim was invalid. I spoke to Mr Rowe who promised to investigate my complaint, ten days on' and ringing AGAIN to be told he was not available and would ring me back. But as usual no call It cost me £380 plus which I can ill afford to loose. rating:- -10
