• Awful! We were greeted by a very stale food odour that reminded me of school dinners and a 'waiter' that didn't speak - no a la carte menu just a screwed up paper sheet - when I queried this and requested a proper menu the reply was........ 'why'? The carvery was just about edible, apart from the strange tasting swede/carrot mixture? The other dishes were bad at best...............the creamy garlic mushrooms served with garlic bread (carefully placed upside down!) were the worst I've ever tasted. This used to be quite a good place to eat.........but over the years it has become dreadful all round. My family will never return!
