• We haven,t been to the waterloo for many years so decided to book for mothers day because we heard off friends that it was under new management. We made the right choice, it was superb, the meal was first class and the service was amazing, its good to see a place that doesnt hike their prices up for special occasions... we will be going back soon!

• Booked a Mothers day lunch for my brother my mum and I. got to the Waterloo and they booked a table for two and not three. They didnt offer to seat us somewhere else or at least try and sort out their mistake. The table that was reserved for two was bad. The chairs wouldnt move out as they were lodged between two walls. only enough room for one person. Customer service was very poor and not even an apology for the mistake. Very disappointing
