• The Engineer who they sent to fix our boiler was learning on the job, speaks poor English and they charge for this 150£ pounds an hour. It took the engineer 2 hours to fix a valve which was half an hour work at this rate. Will never use this company any more and strongly recommend not to use them even in an emergency.
