• Absolute shambles. Ordered food only half arrived so rang to ask and could hear a Chinese lady in background ranting. We were overcharged for the pleasure. Poor very poor customer service and feel for their staff if they are treated as shabbily as their customers

• Awful service! Everytime we have been they get the order wrong! Food actually tastes ok but doesn't make up for the poor service and trips to and from to adjust the order, girl on the counter is particularly unhelpful!

• Best fish and chips in town and Chinese is the best in town aswell

• Staff are always busy, but food is always great quality and is always hot!! Brilliant establishment.

• Went in, the lady who was serving looked busy, I waited and waited to be served then the phone rang. She went over to the phone and started taking a lengthy order! What about me? I have taken the effort to come to the shop and place my order, so I walked out and shall not return, how rude. I believe the food's "ok" for Ruthin but wouldn't stand up to city competition.
