Absolutely do not book. Left us stranded in the middle of the countryside with 15mins notice, saying there was a ‘glitch with their system’ and they should have taken pre payment and couldn’t come until 2.30am. This was in Dec in the freezing cold. Disgraceful and really dangerous for bookers. Avoid!!!Rating history and distribution
