• Had the misfortune to get wrongly delivered mail yesterday & thought I’d go in & ask for it to be redelivered. A very rude member of staff shouted at me & said you need to write on it & put it in the box ! She had dark hair & this was around 11.00 am. Sadly I didn’t get her name as she wasn’t wearing a name badge! Not sure what charm school she went to or indeed why she would choose a career in customer service! Did make me laugh to see the notices around the store about customers respecting the staff! She was awful & it would seem after reading other reviews I’m not the only one to think this! Management comments would be appreciated!
