• As a truthful honest person, I would deter anyone using this company due to the fact that they couldn't keep the promise they had made. I was supposed to get fully reinforced windows but they hadn't reinforced. I found out by drilling a hole on the side of the window. I asked the salesman why he hadn't put it. He said it wasn't needed. I spoke to rehau technical team & they told me all coloured upvc frames must be fully reinforced. I told the company to take the windows back as the company was too stubborn & arrogant to apologise or to rectify the problem. If you do go with them make sure you get what you are paying for!
