• I bought worktops from Wychwoods and needed an additional upstand. I went into store and ordered this and was told I would get a telephone call the following Monday. I called on Tuesday as I hadn't heard from them to be told the item would be in store on Thursday. I then telephoned again (twice) on Thursday to be told the item wouldn't be in until the following week. When I questioned why this was, I was told that they had no control over the supplier. I did point out they had control over whether they contacted their customers and was spoken to quite rudely, being told that the owner 'didn't need this' - I assume he meant my business and future recommendation. I have since bought the item elsewhere and received superb customer service.
