I have to say I am disgusted with the service and attitude from both staff and management. I have had both takeaway and delivery from this establishment and on both occasions they continue to disappoint. The food is left over from the day before as many people have quoted, the staff are usually out back on the computer and very rarely available for when you are ordering. On this occasion I thought I would try a delivery. Little did I know, I would use a card to pay for someone elses meal. My food was delivered to two boys sat on a wall near by. They refused to refund me or replace the food they failed to deliver. Eventually and unfortunately the only way to get my money back, was to involve the police. Which "apparently" isn't the first time this has happened.Rating history and distribution
