• I visited this newsagent 06/08/2012 at 2.45pm i was left feeling really degraded, after being served by a young lady with long dark hair, i asked her about a small coin in my change asking if it was a 5p as it was so small, she had to look twice at it. then infront of a que of people said, " look it is a 5p cant you see it is written on 5p " no smile no compassion just made me look a fool. I will not return to this newsagents again. I would strongly recommend a course of customer services and manners be applied to this member of staff to maintain your good service
