• i am a 59 year old man , first time i drank in a yates pub . ( romford branch ) and it will be the last . never felt so theating by bar/ manger in all my life , call upon head office to pull the video , then sent manger on a coruse , how to deal with people ,first bitten , twice shy , never will i ever return to a yates pub . trying to deleat the one star rating . as it shoulod be minus 5 stars .
