• This company deserves a 0 star rating.......i only called for some information and prices today and the reception guy was soooo rude not only did he not attempt answering he said he was busy not to call back....will never call back again also never recommend to anyone either......the sevice this company gives is awful??!!!!!!

• Used them to get to and from Stansted airport and found them to be absolutely fine: polite and helpful on the phone, reasonably clean car, polite drivers, punctual and also well priced compared to other companies. 2 small points which have led me to give 4 stars, not 5: 1. The controller massively overestimated the time we would need to get to the airport, causing us to get up earlier than necessary (it was an early morning flight). 2. For the return pick up, we had asked that the driver wait outside the airport and wait for us to call on landing, then pick us up from the collection point, so as to avoid car park charges (it's something other cab companies have done in the past. But this was ignored and the driver met us at arrivals. Overall though, a good experience.

• MOST AWFUL CAB COMPANY EVER. DO NOT EVER USE! Booked with them to take us to and from the airport and gave them my 2 expensive car seats for my 2 year old twins to keep for the week to pick us back up after our holiday safely. The driver only bought one back on his return to us, we had to wait for 2 hours for another cab to bring the other car seat only for him to bring the wrong seat. He insisted he drive us home with my 2 year old in a seat too small for him unable to do the seat belt up which is illegal. He swerved the whole way home falling asleep at the wheel. My mother paid the driver simply because by this point it was midnight and we didn't want to get into an altercation with the driver on the street with 2 sleeping children with us. Called the following day to complain and everyone refused to acknowledge what had happened and wouldn't speak to us to even offer an apology. A horrible end to our holiday. Just disgusting! I warn anyone to NEVER use this company.

• We ordered a car for our 16 year old daughter and her friends to be taken to a restaurant. The driver took them to a different location, pointed at an office block and said it was there, and then drove away. They were left stranded in the freezing cold half a mile away from where they should have been. Several phone calls asking for the manager to call me has resulted in zero response. Do not use.
