• I've recently received 2 garden buildings from York Timber. I had an issue with the door on the standard shed. They we're quick to visit and rectify the issue. I will be recommending York Timber.

• I bought a summerhouse from York Timber Products. The bolt on one of the doors was faulty, there was a split in the flooring, there was a split with an open slit in one of the panels and the corner of one of the window frames was split. After months of contacting them and even a visit from their representative, they have done nothing to put things right. They simply ignore any requests for the repairs to be done. I wish I had not dealt with this firm and would recommend no one else does
