Considers a size 20 plain skirt and 48" Regular suit jacket to be "large" items and therefore incurs additional charge. No charges displayed on premises and what they consider "large" person items additional charge NOT advertised. In other words can charge what they like / Hidden additional charges. Every excuse given not to give a receipt, so first you find out about them is on your bank statement. 1 star given as dry cleaning itself is okay, just not at the price they want to charge. Would rather walk to Streatham than use this cleaners again!Rating history and distribution
