• Just had a lovely lunch today to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, food excellent, great service and lots of choice, already booked a return visit for the 13th of this month. Highly recommend a visit.

• Had a meal hear with my family and cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back. Our children loved the family friendly snug with toys games and books to play with...we loved the fantastic service, food and beer. I had the belly pork and have to partly agree with Mr Wonger's comments, the beautifully cooked meat does indeed take some finding under the best layer of crackling I've ever tasted. Well done, we're all looking forward to our next visit.

• Went in on Tuesday 19th November in the evening for a meal and all is can say is its a must if you are in the area , food fantastic and service was friendly and efficient.

• I was told it was good so i booked a table.Starters soup very nice would have been even better if the bread which was on the menu turned up.Never mind we moved on to the main meal belly pork.The meat was ok but getting to the meat that was the problem Would i go again yes but only if the main chef was working.If i am paying for food which i think is dear i should get the top chef.
