• Has great potential to be a family friendly pub with what looks to be a varied menu and friendly staff. However child area needs LOTS of attention, whilst my children played I found 2 large pieces of glass underneath the swing that would of done substantial damage if fallen on which would of been very possible considering its location. The trampoline looked to be a great addition to the beer garden but the safety net was half broken so it gave the child the confidence of a safety net but ultimately offered no protection from falling on one side. There were many brambles, thorns and stinging nettles in the garden and along the pathways that the children walk long to get to various equipment which meant that I was uneasy to let my child roam freely within a few metres of me. Ultimately if more care was taken of the child areas it would be a great place to stop for a family lunch or occasion but the lack of care and servicing of what shoukd be a child friendly area makes me very reluctant to return.
