• Ignorant on the phone. Do not use this taxi company unless desperate. Tried to get a wheelchair taxi but didn't turn up twice. Dispatcher needs to get some manners sorted.

• Disgusting customer service! Phoned up for a taxi, was told I could get one in 5 minutes but as I accepted said taxi I was then told they had nothing all night! (Very quick change of events). So I questioned how they had one taxi available one minute and then absolutely nothing available all night the next and the response I received: "go f**k yourself" The vile people working for this ridiculously mismanaged company need to take a long hard look at themselves!

• This is the best taxi firm in south yorkshire there drivers are all smart polite and helpfull and there prices are competitive, there are allways ontime and and they dont complain... well done abc . Its a pleasure to ride there cabs :-)

• Do not use this taxi firm. The service is horrible and staff very rude. Very unreliable . I will not even rate this as one star. Save yourself the disappointment
