• Service is very poor not yet had a taxi arrive on time and most of the time I have to call them to make sure they are sending a taxi Never use to be like this when Bob had the firm only since new company have it who are not local to Doncaster so we don’t get local service anymore Speak to the drivers and they are very frustrated too

• Twice have been let down despite booking day before ! 40 minutes late 1st time and then an hour the next time by which time I was so late for work and I’m a nurse so have to be on time Be honest with customers If they don’t have the cars to cover the job day so and it gives the customer a choice
