• Booked a taxi an hour and a half in advance on valentines night. The taxi was late so we telephoned about 4 times in all. We were told it would be a couple of minutes each time we phoned. The final straw was when the operator said a taxi had already been sent when we had been waiting outside the holiday inn (worth) for over an hour. When a taxi did arrive we got a text but had not had one for the phantom taxi that had supposedly been sent before. Just a really poor service.
