• Specifically asked before booking a taxi whether it would arrive in 5 minutes. I was assured yes, so went ahead and booked. I made it very clear how important it was that it arrived in said time frame. Long story short, a taxi arrives about 20 minutes and a few phone calls (all me to them) later. The attitude of the office staff can perhaps be summed up in one statement: 'it was late, what do you want me to do?'.
