• Campbell Fairfull Car Sales, Wishaw Struck a deal on a new car with Bobby late on a Friday night just before close. I was impressed and foolishly swayed by 'when we agree a deal we do the deal'. Sealed with a handshake and a promise from me to return in the morning to complete the sale. Imagine my surprise when at 10.00am, part way on the 74 mile round trip to the dealership and after getting the whole family up early on a Saturday morning, I got a call to say they had sold my vehicle to someone else. Yip, a grand total of 1 hour 15 minutes after the 'my word is my bond' speech I was nothing to them!!! If this is how they treat a new customer when buying then you're almost certainly just a numbered cash cow with this dealership. What on earth happens to customers who find problems after the sale? I shudder to think. There are hundreds of dealerships out there. Perhaps you should just skip past this one? www.campbellfairfulcarsales.co.uk
