• I have purchased 3 cars from I&S problem free always helpful friendly service, as for after sales I can't fault them. I will be buying from this dealer in the future again. Honest and straight car dealer!

• I recently bought a car from I&S car centre and I could not fault the service I received. I would highly recommend these guys because I was ripped off by other garages and when I told my friend they recommended I&S as they have been using them for a few years. Won't be going to any other garage will be sticking with I&S. thanks guys :)

• I would strongly advise not to buy a car from I&S Car Centre. I purchased a car from here and it actually broke down on the way home! It didn't even make it back to our house. We called out the RAC who said they could not fix it on the side of the road so towed us to a garage. Credit due I&S car centre did come to the garage the next day to try and fix the car but they could not so they took it back to their garage. When speaking to the manager about the problems, he was extremely rude (on many telephone calls) and not very helpful. It took a lot of phone calls and support from the local citizens advice bureau to arrange a refund which we finally received. We lost out on a full tank of fuel which we did not get reimbursed and a call out for the RAC. So even though we received a refund for the faulty car we lost out on about £200 with fuel and RAC. After explaining the fault which was highlighted by the RAC to various mechanics they all advised that the car fault would have been apparent to this dealer before they sold it to us. I know buying a used car is a risk but to break down on the way home is ridiculous and buying a car from here left us with a lot of hassle, no car and a bill for a full tank of fuel and RAC.
