• Took my car here for a Ford Value Service. Very polite and pleasant environment, outside main town. Otherwise disappointing. They gave me a long list of things that were wrong with the car that I knew were lies.They told me the wheel bearings had gone and this would mean the car is an MOT failure - even though my car passed MOT just 3 days earlier at another garage! I was told the brake discs and pads needed replacement, which was another MOT failure issue not spotted 3 days earlier. They claimed my brake fluid was old - even though it had been replaced less than a month ago. Along with a multitude of other issues they claimed needed rectification. I just need a Ford stamp in my service book, otherwise I would never go to this place again. And I certainly won't be asking them to do any other work for me. Avoid this place if you can. If you can't then make sure you get your MOT done elsewhere beforehand as they will make lots of false statements to get money out of you to put you back on the road.
