• Cannot understand the 0 stars! I like the latest comment have been shopping there for years (since 2005) and have never had any issue with the staff at all. The customer service, as you would expect from a Waitrose is excellent as ever!

• I have just seen these reviews and simply cannot agree. I have been shopping at this branch for more than 5 years and the staff have always been extremely polite and more than helpful, always going the extra mile to assist. So please don't be put off by the two other reviewers.

• Bad experience with staff, no good maners at all. Customer feels ignored and unnessesary in that shop. Very unhappy about Ramsgate Waitrose.

• Waitrose Ramsgate. Unfriendly and arrogant staff. We are ex pads from London and after a few years of trying we gave up. There are other shops here with charming employees. Waitrose Ramgate , you are the bottom of them all. Your food is good, your staff is not. Real rating:no STAR for YOU!
