• I have purchased cars on and off from this dealer for a number of years. Without doubt one of the most honest, hassle free dealers I've ever dealt with and the quality of their cars is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the experience of buying my eldest daughter's first car from here 4 years ago (a Ford KA) which is still going strong today! however, when she is ready for a change we will be going back to Woods for more of the great service we have always received.

• There is nobody more genuine, helpful and honest than these guys. We bought our first car in 2008 and are still pleased with it. Their after sales care has been FIRST CLASS and we can only say thank God we found such an honest and helpful Company. We appreciate everything you have done for us.

• If you are considering purchasing a used car from Woods Motor Co. I can highly recommend them to you. I discovered them quite by chance after searching online for a particular make of car. I had visited many other used car dealers prior to Woods and was either given the ‘hard sell’ or given the impression that as I was a woman, I could be sold/told anything. This was certainly not the case at Woods and Gary Wood was extremely helpful without being pushy, with a real feel of honesty and openness about him (something quite rare with car salesmen!) The other difference between this car dealer and others, is the car was presented immaculately, with new brake discs, new front tyres, new battery etc. so everything was done, without having to ask. A couple of weeks after collecting the shining and polished car, I noticed a couple of very minor problems with it. These things would have been very difficult for Gary to spot prior to selling the car and to be honest I would not expect a used car to be perfect! However, on telephoning him he asked me to bring in the car and they would put these minor problems right. I collected the car a couple of hours later and to my utter surprise they had even washed and valeted the car again. Amazing service! I think most of us worry about buying a used car as we are never quite sure who we are buying from and let’s face it, used car dealers do not have the best reputation, but if our experience is anything to go by, Woods will change your opinion! With regards to the car itself....goes like a dream, couldn’t be more pleased!

• I had the pleasure of dealing with this company around a year ago, I have nothing but praise for them as I have not had one problem with the vehicle I bought from them. Polite, friendly staff, coupled with no pressure selling sells them apart from others I have bought from in the past. Will definitely be giving them a call when I need a new car!

• I bought a car from Woods' motor company almost a year ago now, I've got to say that they were the most helpful, friendly and honest car sales I think I have ever met. I've not had a single problem with my Mondeo and would not hesitate to call them again for my next car when time comes. Superb service!

• purchased a car a while ago. Very pleased with the service I got. Left to ponder (discuss with the boss) without any pressure. Good price paid and very happy with the service. Lots of choice on the forecourt and the owners happy to let you look at any vehicle without any fuss.

• Just purchased a car with the wife, no pressure or hassle. Extremely pleasant guy called Tim, open and honest, was prepared to show the cars we were interested in and explained the questions that were asked. Local firm and local people. They say you buy from the person not always the product. I would recommend this company our friends.
