• I am another sucker who bought from longspear and am still paying out on the car I bought from them. I agree that their cars are unsafe and mine was also unfit for the road. They duped me further by giving the car a new MOT and 6 months tax. I have the name of the MOT station on the certificate and took the car back to them to have the most dangerous faults repaired but still had to pay £200 for wheels and tyres to make it road worthy as such but there are still problems that will cost me more money. The one star is just so I could leave this comment.

• Does any body know where these people are now trading?? I bought my car in June and only a few weeks later my brakes needed doing - took it to the garage to be told that the whole brake system had been corroded and cost me £200 on the cheap!! I then had to wait nearly 2 months to have them completed due to a part which I should of had there in the first place.....I now this morning went to start my car and cant!!! so no doubt will cost more money!!! Having to try and go back with my warranty is a joke as they are not there any more!!!!!!

• STAY AWAY FROM LONGSPEAR!!....How the hell the sales people can sleep at night, beats me......their cars are UNSAFE, and UNFIT to be driven...I should know, I unfortunately bought a car from them....they soon had it back, and after a fight i eventually got my money back, another customer I spoke to his car engine BLEW UP!...and is in the process of a complaint with Trading Standards, not sure how far he will go, as LONGSPEAR NO LONGER TRADE'S, they're business premise's are completely empty, with a FOR SALE SIGN outside...So all in all....customers BEWARE of LONGPSEAR, they are currently and unfortunately still trading online, the car I bought from them which was completely unsafe is still on there website...Absolutely disgusted that people can willing and knowingly sell these sort of UNSAFE cars, and sleep at night!.....Ive given them one star coz unfortunately if I dont I cant leave a post.
