• Do not use under any circumstances. Awful dealership, very rude parts department who are clearly used to speaking to trade customers as opposed to members of the public. From relaying my story to staff & colleagues alike several have also expressed having difficulties with toyota cardiff branch. As a result they took their business elsewhere & would never go back. I have to agree I will never be returning. Thank goodness for the good garage scheme where there are reputable businesses out there !! Do not use !! This review should be a 0 star not a 1, unable to submit otherwise.....

• I went to Toyota World a couple of times for a service. They seem to have a knack for finding problems in what appears to be a perfectly working car. In particular, on one visit, they told me they suspected that the water pump was leaking. They replaced the water pump, but oddly the replcement pump didn't look particularly new. With this being a Toyota garage, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On the last occasion I had a service there, they overfilled the engine oil. I only noticed several weeks after it had been in for a service. I contacted the garage and they duely replaced the oil to the correct level, with neither apology nor explaination. Since then, I have decided to give the place a wide berth. It would appear that Toyota are happy to hand out franchises to anyone these days. It's sad to see what was once such a terrific brand deteriorate so badly. On a more positive note, they are good at is sending out junk mail and sales calls - if you enjoy that sort of thing.
